My name is Marco, 35 years, living in Nuremberg, Germany. I am a passionate cook and and musician who loves to experiment and going beyond the norm every now and then. Recipes and music sheets are important, but sometimes they just serve as guidelines. It's the improvisation that makes it exciting. Playing music and cooking both require a great deal of dedication, creativity, and often quick reactions. That sounds a bit like my job.

I work as a (web) developer, project coordinator and resident expert in the operational business area in market research for more than 15 years now. Therefore, working in an international, fast paced environment always has been part of my daily business and as a result, I have become adept at reacting quickly and at short notice to new or altered requirements while maintaining the highest level of quality.

Some time ago, I turned into the technical team manager of the development team. Throughout this role, it has always been my aim to support and promote my colleagues, while being a member of the team at all times. In addition, I became a training officer in order to communicate my acquired knowledge, which has since become a passion.

My personal development has always been a part of my nature, which is why I still actively seek out new opportunities and challenges. As a next step I intend to enhance my leadership and trainer skills. Therefore I am currently taking the course as a Bachelor Professional of Business and I will then obtain my trainer/instructor license.
